We also promise that the only surprises you get from Collins are good surprises. Our teams strive to deliver a defect free, professional service and do this in a flexible way without surprises, ensuring your experience is best in class.

Our bespoke online system, Plexus, provides a platform for teams to collaborate in an efficient and effective way. This includes a risk management system with a powerful yet simple collaborative approach to capture, review and manage risks.

Our ability to deliver your project is ensured by the quality and commitment of our staff. Our Quality Lead has 22 years national and international experience in construction, particularly in fit out & refurbishment, which helps us drive best practice and better ways of working.

We value feedback

We value feedback from our clients and professional team members, and we listen to what you have to say.

At the end of a project, we carry out Customer Experience Questionnaires, which are designed to provide us with an insight into your experience and perception of Collins. This helps us to continually improve the way in which we work.

Our CEQ & Net Promoter scores are calculated from these interviews.
