Wimbledon is changing. At 22 Worple Road, we have developed a workspace to meet that change head on. With the arrival of dynamic businesses and buzzing venues, this is a place where the balance between work and leisure can easily be found.

We worked alongside leading Shoreditch architect, BuckleyGrayYeoman, to provide a cutting-edge working environment for tomorrow’s office occupiers. The development delivers new offices, complete with a spacious, sleek reception, new contemporary office space and a communal roof terrace just a stone’s throw from Wimbledon Station.

This new and ambitious office development provides Wimbledon with approximately 43,500 sq ft of commercial office space over 5 floors, as well as a newly constructed 2000 sq ft timber-decked roof terrace.

We completed the comprehensive refurbishment and extension to the 1980’s office building – comprising a full Cat A refurbishment, the infilling of two lightwells, an additional floor and major façade refurbishment to re-position this asset for re-letting purposes.

The space has been created using exceptional materials sourced from all over the world, generating a product of Scandinavian simplicity, with modern building technology at its heart.

The spacious, sleek reception area provides an unmistakable sense of prestige upon arrival at 22 Worple Road. Exposed concrete ceilings and beams, feature tube lighting and polished plaster walls combine with contemporary furniture to provide a cool, urban setting.
