Located in the City of London, Kings House occupies a prominent corner position on the junction of King Street and Trump Street. Collins has carried out an extensive refurbishment to provide 21,500 ft² of commercial office space across six floors offering bright, flexible workspace suitable for a range of occupiers.

A lot of the building's original features have been retained, such as the basement door to the locker room, which is believed to be an entrance to an old vault, and the original arched windows on level six.

Brand new M&E was fitted throughout including a new main plant to the roof and VRF air conditioning. Furthermore, all floors benefited from new WC's with bespoke back panels, tiling and sanitary ware.

The WC's were moved on each floor to provide the office space with a better view onto Kings Street and to allow more natural light into each space. Each level was finished to a Cat A standard with new ceilings, doors, raised flooring and decoration throughout. The existing lifts were replaced to improve access with a platform lift installed from basement to ground floor.

We converted the basement to a new commuter block with bike parking and showers. New external shopfronts and doors were installed and an external building clean completed.
