The Office Group offers over 50 beautiful flexible workspaces, no two the same, throughout the UK. We have now had the pleasure of working with The Office Group on three of these workspaces within London.

Scott House offers a variety of workspace options to accommodate businesses of all shapes and sizes. This exceptionally high-quality serviced office benefits from an unrivalled location inside Waterloo mainline station. Recognisable by its grand original entrance, Ben Adams Architects took inspiration from traditional Japanese interiors to create a clean-lined and ordered interior with muted colours and plenty of natural light.

We completed a Cat B fit out to the existing office space, inside a partially listed building. The workspace provides over 30,000 square feet of office space over three floors, offering 8 meeting rooms, co-working areas, private offices, event space, focus booths and a lounge.

The architects implemented a grid system within the space in order to divide, frame, and highlight focus areas. Reeded glass enhances privacy on the lower levels while maximizing natural light throughout. The double-height ceiling reception and communal lounge space is augmented with oversized paper lanterns and contemporary wall lights that align with the wall panelling.

The discovery and restoration of the original two-tone marble stairwell was an integral part of the refurbishment project, influencing the addition of marble accents for the light fixtures and furniture selected.
